STATEMENT REGARDING THE 2022 CATS BAZZAR

                                   CATS 43rd Annual Radio and Electronics Bazaar.

                                                   RETURNING AFTER 2 YEARS OF COVID 19

                                  This does not take into account any restriction that may come in place at short notice.

                 EXACT DATE AND LOCATION TO BE ANNOUNCED, BUT LIKELY NOVEMBER AS USUAL.

PREVIOUS Venue: The Oasis Academy Coulsdon

The Annual CATS Bazaar takes place every year on the third, or occasionally the fourth, Sunday of November.

Features of the bazaar include: secondhand equipment, flea market, traders’ stalls, new equipment, refreshments, disabled access/ toilet, free parking. Admission £1.50 which includes a free cup of tea or coffee and entry to the prize draw.

In 2011, the furthest travelled visitor was Ian VK3XIB  from near Melbourne in Australia, a distance of 16970 km by the short path – a record unlikely ever to be broken.

Nevertheless,  we hope someone will try.  However, wherever you come from, you can be sure of a warm welcome and a chance to meet friends you have worked, old and new.  If you are new to amateur radio, you can join CATS at the Bazaar and  receive help from members of CATS and other local societies on how to get into the hobby we all love – Amateur Radio.
